This is a medley called "I got a New Car / Framed" by Troyce Key and JJ Malone. It's two songs in one basically... one about a crappy car and other about being framed for murder, including the famous line:
"the judge came down, poured whiskey on my head, turned his head at the jury and said, convict this man, he's drunk."
