Standards: "Straight, No Chaser" - Thelonious Monk


When your name is Thelonious Monk, you're already a badass mofo. Add some great piano skills and there you have one of the best jazz players of all time.

His classic "Straight, No Chaser" is one of the most covered jazz standards; for good reason... this track was released in 1951 (at the beginning of what later became hard-bop).
