The First "Kind of Blue" Session Recorded 53 Years Ago


Miles Davis' magnum opus, "Kind of Blue" was recorded in two sessions: one on March 2, 1959 and the other on April 22, 1959.

On March 2, 3 songs were recorded being: So What, Freddie Freeloader, and Blue in Green.
